Tala Khudairi is the Executive Director of Babson Global, Inc., Babson College (#1 global leader in entrepreneurship education), fostering meaningful relationships, collaboratively leading quality assurance initiatives, building ecosystems with entrepreneurial academic-industry enterprises regionally and internationally. Tala created numerous efficiencies while managing a wide-range of complex programs, operations and resources including financial, human, physical, and technological. Prior to Babson, as Vice President of New England Commission of Higher Education (formally CIHE of NEASC) she liaised with 250 colleges and universities influencing the quality of accreditation initiatives aligned with NECHE Standards for Accreditation. As academic Dean of community colleges for over a decade, she advanced the mission of access, and transformed STEM divisions to meet the demand for an innovative economy. Dr. Khudairi is an entrepreneur and Fulbright Scholar (Jordan 2010), and earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from NYU Polytechnic, a M.S. in Clinical Exercise Physiology, and a Ph.D. in Biology/Pharmaceutical Sciences, both from Northeastern University. She is a mother of four, and currently resides in New England.
