
Tala Khudairi
Executive Director
Dr. Tala Khudairi is the Executive Director of Babson Global, Inc., fostering meaningful relationships, leading quality assurance, accreditation and assessment initiatives, managing million dollar projects, and building ecosystems with entrepreneurial academic-industry enterprises regionally and internationally. She is known for her integrity as a global strategist, entrepreneur and scientist. Her passion is to empower lives through education- where she enjoys connecting and collaborating with others to create opportunities for institutions and individuals to thrive!
Previous positions include, Vice President of the New England Commission of Higher Education (formally CIHE of NEASC), where she liaised with 250 colleges and universities influencing the quality of accreditation initiatives aligned with NECHE Standards for Accreditation. Tala served diverse students for over a decade as Academic Dean of community colleges, where she led and advanced the mission of access; and transformed STEM divisions to meet the demand for an innovative economy in Massachusetts. She is proud to have created numerous efficiencies while managing a wide-range of complex programs, operations and resources including financial, human, physical, and technological.
Dr. Khudairi is a multi-lingual Fulbright Scholar (Jordan) and international presenter. Her degrees include: B.S. in Electrical Engineering from NYU Polytechnic, M.S. in Clinical Exercise Physiology, and Ph.D. in Biology/Pharmaceutical Sciences, both from Northeastern University. As a life-long learner she additionally completed certificates in Management and Leadership Education, Harvard University, and Higher Education Resource Services (HERS), Wellesley College, and recently earned her MBA ’22 from Babson College. She provides valued service as Executive Board member, American Council on Education-Women in Higher Education Network, and is a recognized contributor and mentor in the academy and global sisterhood.
